You are not a candidate for GLP-1 medications through our program if you are, or have a history of:

• Pancreatitis
• Thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome (whether yourself or a first-degree relative)
• Currently pregnant or trying to become pregnant
• Crohn’s disease
• Gastroparesis, or have had a gastric bypass, gastric band, or gastric sleeve surgery

Step 1: Schedule an Appointment and Telehealth Exam
Schedule your first appointment online by clicking the link below. After scheduling, you’ll receive an email to complete a telemedicine exam, which can be done at home or in our clinic. Once your exam is complete and you’re approved, you’ll visit the clinic for your first injection and some counseling on the medication. If it’s determined that you’re not a candidate, you won’t be charged for the exam.

Step 2: Initial Injection
All patients will visit our clinic for their first medication injection as well as some basic counseling and a body composition analysis.

Step 3: Weekly or Monthly Follow-Ups
Depending on the needs of the individual patient you will return for weekly or monthly visits. Body composition analysis is also recommended every 2-3 months. Please be advised that we require payment prior to dispensing the four weeks worth of medications.
